Context Menus on Segments

Select multiple segments

You can select multiple segments by clicking segment numbers. Background colors of selected segments change to light green.
Click # at the header to select all visible segments.
Click again will release selection.

Context menus (Right-click menus)

With multiple segment selected, right-click to pop up menu commands that can be executed to all selected segments in a batch.

Menu	Description
Confirm	Confirms all selected segments
Unconfirm	Unconfirms all selected segments
Lock / Unlock	Toggles Lock status of all selected segments
Copy Source	Copies source to target for all selected segments
NT / Null	Sets origin status to NT or Null for all selected segments.
AI Operations will skip NT (Non Translable) status segments.

Open Joined Files

You can open multiple files at once in the Editor. From the Job section of a Project page, select each file you want to join and then click any of the filenames.

Notes

If the total number of segments exceeds 5,000 or the total number of words exceeds 100,000, the Editor might not work as desired depending on the memory capacity of the user's computer.
When performing AI Operation using Content Type, if the Content Type of each file is different, appropriate results may not be obtained. It is recommended to join files with similar Content Types.
