Even if you don't have a prepared TermBase, you can automatically generate a TermBase by extracting terms directly from the document. At the same time as term extraction, it automatically detects consistency errors where the same term has been translated differently. Try automatically correcting consistency errors with the help of AI.

How to use

1. Select AI Operations > AI Tools
2. Select “Extract Terms” from Select Tool
3. Check Check Consistency checkbox
4. Select Start and End segments
5. Select Run All and click Start

When completed extracting terms, it will show you a nicely aligned bilingual terminology managment console as shown below.

<aside> 💡 You can simply click on Source cell to select and Delete terms not necessary. Click Show Inconsistent button to filter only inconsistent term translations.

<aside> 💡 Click Show Usage (eye icon) to display how each term is used in the actual segments. Terms are highlighted with yellow color for easy reading.

Review inconsistent terms and pick preferred terms. You can pick preferred terms yourself, or let AI to pick them for you by clicking Pick Preferred (AI) button. Once all preferred terms are selected, click Fix Inconsistency button.
