You can add members to your account. Each member will access your profile and jobs assigned based on their roles and permissions. Log in your account at https://pms.wisetranslate.net and go to Members tab.

If you work alone, you don’t need to add any members. There is a default admin member added automatically with the account email.

Similar to registration, each member will sign up with the email. Please make sure the emails are unique and not registered in the system previously. When you successfully added a member, an email will be sent to the added member automatically informing the member role.

Please keep the login email and password safely. And, you should share the login info with the member at your own discretion.

When adding linguist members, it's recommended not to use personal email addresses of individual linguists. Instead, consider creating group emails or dummy email accounts for this purpose.
The key idea is to ensure that each linguist has a unique login account, especially if you work with multiple linguists. This helps manage access individually and keeps your team structure organized.

You can manage jobs without Linguist members. It is your choice whether or not to add Linguist members. However, all jobs are managed from the platform, each owner or linguist must have an account to access the system. For those multi-language suppliers, I think adding Linguist members will help you to organize and manage jobs more efficiently.
