An Update job includes segments that have been revised, removed, or newly added compared to the previous version. We have applied Translation Memory (TM) and locked all segments that are 100% matched from the TM. These locked segments are excluded from the scope of work and should not be edited.

How to filter segments for Unlocked only

1. Open in WiseEditor

2. Click Show filter button to enable filter options

   

3. Select Unlocked from the filter option

   

Now, only Unlocked segments are visible in the table. “Filtered view: Unlocked” message is displayed in dimmed color to indicate you’re viewing filtered segments.

How to update translation for TM fuzzy matches

1. Click a segment to update translation
2. If the segment has TM matches, match results will be shown in the Database panel
3. Click the double arrow to show or hide differences from TM data

1. Make necessary edits in translation by referencing the differences from TM data.

• First row shows the differences between current source and TM source
• Second row shows the TM source
• Last row shows theTM translation
