WisePronto is a fast and convenient way to evaluate WiseTranslate’s AI-powered translation capabilities. It seamlessly integrates multiple automated steps into a single workflow, providing end-to-end translation with minimal user input.

For more advanced control and project management, WiseTMS (Translation Management System) is available, offering full CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) features. However, WiseTMS requires some training to use effectively. Therefore, we recommend starting with WisePronto to explore Wise’s AI translation performance first. Once you're confident, we’ll be happy to schedule a training session for the full Wise system.

🚀 How to use WisePronto

1. Login WiseTranslate

2. Click Wise Pronto menu from the navigation bar

   You can also start a project from the New Order page, where CAT-specific options like Term Base, Translation Memory, and custom workflows are available. For this, it’s recommended to learn how WiseTMS is structured.

3. Select languages (e.g., English > Korean)

4. Upload files to translate or click Write text to manually input content.

   The system will start analyzing the content and display the word count, content type, and a quote with estimated turnaround time in Your order section.

5. Confirm Content Type and Domain Content type and domain are automatically detected. But, be sure to select correct content type. For subtitles, choose “Subtitle” as the content type.

6. Review the Quality option

   • Default is Express which uses AI only
   • For human-involved services, choose Standard or Premium (handled by Wise ST Global inguists)

7. In the Your order section:

   • Check Pay by Point and click Order button. (If you don’t have enough credit points, you can proceed with online payment)

Run at My Machine is a special option that allows the AI operations to run locally on your own machine. If unchecked, Wise’s server will handle the operations and send you a notification email when it’s done.
